This Financial Analyst role offers the chance to influence decisionmaking by turning raw data into insights that shape organizational direction. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the accounting and finance team to support monthly close processes, financial reporting, and analysis. Build, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data models to support decisionmaking. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot anomalies, and propose process enhancements. Support upgrades, integrations, and improvements within financial systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency. As a Financial Analyst, collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and enhance visibility into financial performance. MustHave Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least three years of progressive accounting experience with reporting and data analysis responsibilities. Strong Excel capabilities including Power Query, pivot tables, lookups, and visualization tools such as Power BI. Handson experience with an ERP or integrated accounting platform and an ability to learn new systems independently. A Financial Analyst in this role must be naturally curious, selfmotivated, communicative, and skilled at working both independently and with a team. Location This position is 100 percent onsite at the organization's headquarters located in the Fort Wayne area. Local candidates or those planning to relocate are ideal. Schedule Standard weekday schedule with full onsite presence. Occasional planned commitments such as special events or training sessions.
