Own longrange planning, budgeting, and boardlevel reporting. Oversee close, reporting, cash management, tax, audit, and treasury. Lead compliance and ASC 606 application across multientity, global operations. Guide pricing strategy, margin analysis, commercial negotiations, and contract review. Build and maintain scalable, auditready financial controls for regulated enterprise customers. Lead ERP, billing, reporting systems, and automation initiatives. Mentor, coach, and scale a lean, highperforming finance organization. What You Bring 10-12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Prior experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance executive. Strong GAAP knowledge with deep ASC 606 expertise in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software. Proven success operating handson in a highgrowth, scaling environment.
