Experience We Are Seeking: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Knowledge of engineering principles and design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Experience with mechanical design (automotive tooling preferred). Knowledge of process improvement principles (e.g., Kaizen). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities What You'll Do: Manage equipment installation and oversee line trials. Develop machine processes and equipment layouts. Manage projects, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful product launches. Identify and implement cost-saving ideas. Engage in international collaboration (including potential travel to Japan).
