The company's headquarters are in Pennsylvania with three additional offices, one being in Winchester, VA. Job Description Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in daytoday project operations Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and design partners Assist with project scheduling, procurement, buyouts, and cost tracking Perform regular job site visits and field coordination Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes Assist with punch lists, closeout documentation, and warranty turnover Help maintain project safety, quality, and compliance standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
