With a reputation for quality, integrity, and repeat partnerships (77% repeat business), the company serves a wide range of markets including Commercial, Healthcare, Senior Living, Education, Historic Renovation, and Multifamily. The company's headquarters are in Pennsylvania with three additional offices, one being in Winchester, VA. The Winchester office, established four years ago, now includes 30-35 employees and continues to grow at a fast pace with a solid pipeline across Winchester, Lynchburg, and Richmond. Job Description Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in daytoday project operations Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and design partners Assist with project scheduling, procurement, buyouts, and cost tracking Perform regular job site visits and field coordination Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes Assist with punch lists, closeout documentation, and warranty turnover Help maintain project safety, quality, and compliance standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline 2-5 years of industry experience, ideally with exposure to full project lifecycles Strong General Contracting background Experience with complex commercial construction projects Exposure to one or more of the following project types: Commercial Healthcare Senior Living Multifamily Education Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to conduct multiple job site visits each week Detailoriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving Ability to thrive in a collaborative, teamoriented environment What's on Offer Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience and project exposure) Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match (50% up to 3%; increases to 4% after 8 years) Highdeductible HSA plan options Short-term disability and AD&D coverage Voluntary life and longterm disability insurance $25,000 employerpaid life insurance Annual profitsharing distribution Full mileage reimbursement at government rate 3 weeks PTO to start + company holidays Career growth and leadership development opportunities Contact Caroline Chang Quote job ref JN-032026-6963151
