We are looking for an Account Representative is an integral part of the Wholesale Business for our client. This person will work closely not only with the our client's sales department but will also work to resolve issues and build relationships with both internal and external customers. It is essential that the individual that takes on this role be a positive self-starter that enjoys doing an excellent job and working with others. salary: $20 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Manage Orders from the time they are received in SAP until time of shipment Provide support to the Sales team by monitoring orders for changes, needed extensions; fill rates, Ad orders, shipment status, as well as filling special requests. Proactively monitors fill rates, along with cancel dates. Request extensions or new orders to be created as needed. Research inventory issues and monitor inbound receipts for orders that have remaining units needing to ship Inform Sales personnel and Customer Service team of potential delivery problems or inventory issues Partner with Account Executive to learn account specifics, along with ways to better service the account Resolve all customer telephone inquiries, both internal and external, regarding status of shipment, UPC inquiries, availability of product, pricing inquiries, and proofs of delivery Manage new orders and execute changes based on available inventory Create return authorizations for shipments that did not meet the expectations of the customer, i.e. -wrong product, past cancel, wrong location, etc. Send tracking reports to customer account's with a minimum of once per week Partner with Compliance in order to effectively manage the Customer Service department's role with the chargeback process Skills Operations - Wholesale Client Service Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
