Role description Job Title : Salesforce Developer Job Location : Atlanta, GA The TA is critical to the shared success of our project teams and our Technical Services group Working with best of breed consultants you will be able to contribute and participate in many activities including solution design sales delivery team leadership and importantly thought leadership Successful TAs not only have a depth and breadth of understanding in technology but are also able to maximize technologys benefit by applying business value in context and communicating solutions and options to various levels within our clients organizations Individuals who are innovative creative curious detailed and solution driven are best fits for this role Our Salesforce TAs stay on the cutting edge of the fastest growing technology stack today bringing the best solutions to our top enterprise clients LMA Lead Manage and hold Accountable direct reports and project team members Drive requirements gathering sessions with the clients technical team and discuss functional requirements with the internal and client teams Evaluate multiple feasible options for a solution and present to the client guiding them toward the most optimal solution Consult internal and client teams on Salesforce best practices Document and present technical requirements through various communication channels including client interface Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote best of breed culture in Technical Services Provide consultative services to all levels of business and technical people at leading enterprise customers to enable them to make confident decisions for their company Guide the development team in the appropriate use of technology Break agile stories into realistically achievable tasks and delegate work to the development team as appropriate to their respective skills Write clear concise Acceptance Criteria and task level details for onshore and offshore developers and follow up on their progress Execute regular code reviews and mentor development team on development best practices Define unit testing standards and leverage existing Salesforce Apex unit testing standards Conduct business and technical correspondence that is professional thoughtful effective and concise Desired Candidate Profile Ability to think on your feet and learn new things quickly Appetite for knowledge in the Salesforce space and other relevant technologies Strong understanding of and experience working in Agile Scrum teams Flexibility to travel to client locations when needed Technical Expertise 4-5 years salesforce development experience Knowledgeable in standard functions modules of Salesforce com Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud AppExchange App cloud application integration Demonstrated experience with Force com development platform Highly Preferred Certified Developer 401 Advanced Developer 501 Certifications One of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud certification Salesforce Development and Integration Experience Lightning experience Demonstrated experience in configuration testing and deployment of Salesforce com functionality Experience with large scale system implementation integration interfaces and data conversion Experience in using efficient methodologies e g Agile Extreme programing writing user stories and test driven development and continuous deployment tools e g Jenkins Proven experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams
