Finance Manager Responsibilities: Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently Finance Manager Qualifications: Previous Automotive F&I experience required (2+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads preferred Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred MileOne AutoGroup is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
