As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting management with the operations of our dining outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, etc.) while ensuring outstanding guest service and financial success. Your key responsibilities include: Supervising and supporting the team, scheduling shifts, assigning daily tasks, and training staff in all food and beverage operations. Monitoring and evaluating team member performance to ensure high standards of service. Assisting team members in addressing guest inquiries and resolving any complaints effectively. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
