Why You Should Consider This Opportunity: Attractive compensation package Outstanding benefits – among the best in the sector Clear opportunities for professional growth Collaborative and supportive company culture Key Responsibilities: Install, modify, and maintain refrigeration systems and associated equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues Participate in the preventive maintenance program, documenting all work accurately Make safe equipment adjustments during production as required Execute start-up and shutdown processes in production facilities Utilize lockout/tag-out procedures to safely isolate equipment Diagnose electrical components with meters when equipment malfunctions Plan and schedule parts replacement to minimize production downtime while ensuring safety Work with air compressors and control systems Communicate effectively with supervisors and operations for prompt repairs and issue resolution Perform additional duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications: Experience with refrigeration (ammonia refrigeration preferred) or HVAC service Strong skills in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting Familiarity with air compressors and control systems Valid Journeyman License or Ticket Class B Gas Ticket (or the ability to obtain one, if necessary) High School Diploma or greater Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC/refrigeration products, installation, and mechanical systems Solid grasp of HVAC/refrigeration functions, ductwork modifications, and system design Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues, and project managers Strong leadership qualities, work ethic, and reliability Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail Consistent work history and stable background Is This You?
