Industry Insurance Company Type Privately Held Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Commercial Insurance to play a crucial role in account retention, carrier relations, and client service enhancements. You will collaborate closely with the Business Unit President, Sales Executives, and Operations leaders to elevate our commercial lines products while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This leadership role will also involve spearheading key initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance, as well as monitoring market challenges and service performance. You will be accountable for continuous improvement of our product and service offerings, leading a dedicated team focused on client retention and cross-selling strategies. Ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of commercial lines coverage across various market segments, coupled with excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. We seek a strategic, goal-oriented leader with a strong background in team management and a comprehensive knowledge of insurance markets, products, and underwriting procedures. The successful applicant will be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of engaging diverse audiences while fostering long-term relationships. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years in the insurance sector, particularly in operations, client retention, and business development.
