Responsibilities Architect and Direct AI Strategy Craft a comprehensive, long-term AI architecture and vision for state-of-the-art construction solutions. Develop scalable architecture patterns and standards to enhance AI systems. Effectively integrate GenAI, machine learning, and rule-based systems into operational platforms. Ensure AI projects yield measurable business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction. Steer the global AI strategy to address the key challenges in the construction industry. Design Intelligent Assistant Experiences Lead the creation of AI-powered Construction Assistants to boost on-site productivity. Establish advanced multi-agent AI workflows for proactive planning and validation. Design effective communication methods for agent-to-agent interactions. Seamlessly integrate assistant experiences across unified AI platforms. Create strong governance models focusing on memory, planning, safety, and escalation response. Build Cutting-Edge AI & ML Systems Modernize and unify current machine learning solutions within an advanced AI framework. Implement industry standards for large language models (LLMs) and data retrieval techniques. Apply classical machine learning methods for precise forecasting and risk management. Innovate hybrid reasoning systems combining ML and generative AI technologies. Oversee the assessment and continual optimization of models for enhanced performance. Integrate Specialized Construction Intelligence into AI Create tailored ontologies and knowledge infrastructures specific to the construction field. Model project relationships dealing with scope, scheduling, and resource allocation. Allow AI systems to grasp the unique nuances of construction workflows. Address specific industry challenges that conventional AI platforms may overlook. Drive Impact at Enterprise Scale Collaborate with Platform Services teams on AI-centered infrastructure initiatives. Ensure adherence to enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Promote the reuse of platform capabilities while fostering innovation in construction. Align the AI platform roadmap with the specialized needs of the construction industry. Minimum Qualifications Proven success in a senior or director-level role in technology-driven environments. Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable AI systems utilizing both GenAI and traditional ML techniques. Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud technologies, and AI infrastructure. Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks to enhance system functionality. Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical teams and executive leadership. A successful record of shaping technology strategies with substantial impact. Salary Transparency Our competitive compensation package includes an expected starting base salary ranging from $189,000 to $305,800, depending on experience and location.
