Part-Time Trash Collection Specialist

Your Role: Each night, you'll be responsible for collecting trash from residents' doorsteps, ensuring it's taken care of by morning. Your efforts will make residents feel at home. You will: Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps. Use your open-bed truck or vehicle with a trailer to transport waste to the on-site compactor. Utilize our user-friendly mobile app on your smartphone for check-ins and updates. Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and enjoying the outdoors during your shift. Compensation: Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday, starting around 7:00 or 8:00 PM Workload: Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week Location: We aim to assign you to a property close to your home! Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer. Valid driver's license & auto insurance (you need to be listed on the policy). A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality service. Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A smartphone with a data plan to utilize our work app. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
