Job Description Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, etc.Perform facilities maintenance duties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasksPrepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, tying down unsecured itemsMaintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working conditionAssist with moving furniture and equipment as requiredEmpty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properlyFollow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications: Qualifications Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role - PreferredA high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred not Required)Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance toolsAbility to follow instructions, strong attention to detail, and time management skillsPhysical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects Additional InformationPines at Castle Rock - 630 Units$18-$20/hrMonday-Friday from 7am to 4pmThe above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
