As the Senior Manager of Solution Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales success by leading a high-performing team of Solution Consultants and Architects that cater to the Enterprise market segment. Your technical leadership will help establish a vision, goals, and execution strategies that align with Sales Leadership objectives to achieve pipeline and sales growth. Your team will collaborate closely with Enablement, Sales Leadership, Product Management, and customers on Genesys AI's unique value proposition. This includes creating demos, developing Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, and rapidly prototyping solutions to support Go-To-Market initiatives and foster various enterprise business opportunities. You will engage with partner organizations at all levels to customize the joint Genesys and partner demo strategy to satisfy the needs of different stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers. Your responsibilities will also encompass supporting direct opportunities by providing compelling demos and facilitating architectural discussions, PoCs, and rapid prototyping that will expedite technical wins and drive deal closures. Your team's contribution is vital to the success of scalable sales opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Solution Consultants and Architects by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching. Work with sales leadership to create and execute hands-on technical empowerment strategies that are applicable worldwide. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing processes, tools, and resources to boost efficiency for Pre-Sales members and Sales colleagues. Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise, product knowledge, and solution guidance while creating reusable assets and workshops that foster pipeline and sales growth. Understand the unique needs and objectives of enterprise customers and design tailored, data-driven solutions to address their challenges. Empower your team to deliver innovative technical sessions, demonstrations, and reusable artifacts. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and leadership to give data-driven feedback on enhancements required by Genesys customers and prospects. Stay informed about industry AI trends, partner ecosystem needs, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive market edge. Provide the executive team with regular data-driven reports and analyses on solutions consulting activities, metrics, and overall performance. Oversee Pre-Sales strategy activities while providing a framework of best practices adaptable across regions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical sales, or related roles. Strong understanding of AI, CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), Customer Experience, and Digital domains. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills for architecting innovative data-driven solutions for clients. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across sales, product, and engineering teams. Proficient in Project Management skills and experience with tools like Asana. Experience with creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Knowledge of Large Action Models, Generative AI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and/or AWS. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies. Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary with an anticipated base range of $150,500.00 - $264,700.00. Actual salaries depend on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. The role may also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonuses.
