Job Description Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as a seasoned Cloud Security Product Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of cloud-native security. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of cutting-edge technologies that form the backbone of secure cloud computing. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following: 5+ years of experience in product management or similar technical roles. A history of successfully developing and launching enterprise-grade software. Strong engagement with enterprise customers, adept at balancing feature requests, usability, compliance, and regulatory needs. Expertise in Cloud Security Frameworks & Methodologies including Center for Internet Security, PCI, ISO, and others. Knowledge of Formal Methods & Programming Languages with experience in verification techniques or the creation of languages/tooling for security-critical systems. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly product designs and strategic priorities. Outstanding attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing technical and executive stakeholders alike. Preferred Qualifications Practical familiarity with IaaS provider security services/features like OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP. Exposure to formal verification, compilers, or the development of new languages for high-assurance systems. Knowledge of Host & Endpoint Protection, Kubernetes (OKE), and cloud-native security patterns. Experience with threat and vulnerability management (TVM) and enterprise-level scanning tools for cloud customers. Responsibilities As a key member of our product development team, you will identify and design significant enhancements to our existing solution architecture. Collaborate closely with customers and partners to define product needs, while working hand-in-hand with engineering teams to align on roadmaps, integration, and deployment strategies. Your role will require evaluating trade-offs to enhance customer experience and reduce time-to-market, while ensuring clear communication of goals, roles, and responsibilities. You will excel in a dynamic environment, driven by a customer-focused approach and strong business acumen, with the ability to influence decisions and perform analytical assessments to drive initiatives forward. The salary range for this position is $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, which may include bonuses and equity opportunities.
