As a key member of the Asset Services team, you will contribute to the secure storage, trading, and interaction with billions of dollars in assets at the forefront of the crypto industry. You will face challenging issues related to user experience, security, and blockchain technology, working towards making cutting-edge innovations accessible to all. In this role, you will explore new blockchains and technologies while enabling innovative functionalities for our users through existing and new products. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will turn ideas into reliable products and infrastructure for Coinbase, Custody, Prime, and Wallet. Your Responsibilities: Define and manage the long-term strategy for areas such as Protocol Integrations & Infrastructure, Bridging, and Tokenization. Develop products and services aimed at both internal and external developer audiences. Oversee network launches across Consumer and Institutional products. Promote the adoption of crypto-first product features through strong collaboration with various product teams. Identify new product opportunities by conducting comprehensive market research and gathering insights from clients and industry experts. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, legal, and operations teams to clarify product specifications and deliver high-quality features. What We Look For: A minimum of 5 years in product management or related roles (such as product-minded engineering or entrepreneurship). Technical proficiency with a strong empathy for developers. Experience in creating reusable tools for developers (APIs, SDKs, protocols). Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both individual contributors and executive leadership. A relentless curiosity and capacity to rapidly learn complex technical and financial concepts. Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive execution while collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. A deep interest in the crypto ecosystem, DeFi, digital assets, protocols, tokenization, and the future of financial markets. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in crypto-native projects (e.g., DeFi, CEXs, RWAs). Experience in collaboration with protocol teams. Knowledge of consumer and institutional finance, including capital markets, asset management, and financial operations. Position ID: P57330 Pay Transparency Notice: The target annualbasesalary for this position ranges from $180,370 to $212,200 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity options, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
