Seasonal Client Service Representative

As part of H&R Block, you'll focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. Your Responsibilities: Warmly greet clients and answer their inquiries in a friendly and personalized manner. Connect clients with the most suitable tax professional based on their unique needs. Assist clients in scheduling appointments at their convenience. Ensure that all client requirements are met during their visit, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Help maintain a clean and organized office space alongside your team members. Undertake additional tasks as assigned. Your Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced working environment. Previous customer service experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work various schedules and locations. Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
