Role Overview: As a Lead Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a driving force behind our Annual Sales Planning, focusing on customer segmentation, territory planning, and quota development. Your analytical mindset, combined with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau/Looker, and SFDC, will enable you to provide data-driven insights crucial for consensus-building and informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the annual GTM planning cycle, including customer segmentation and territory planning. Continuously develop and adapt our global customer segmentation and coverage model to align with our Corporate Strategy and Objectives. Enhance understanding of our global customer segmentation and account coverage model while seeking improvement opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships with sales executives and cross-functional partners. Collaborate with Geo Sales Operations, Territory Operations, BI, Finance, IT, and Compensation teams to define, implement, and maintain customer segmentation. Govern the GTM change process, covering Coverage Motion, Territory, and Account Hierarchy. Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations. Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. Demonstrated teamwork, influencing skills, and commitment to driving success. Understanding of SaaS business models. Proven ability to thrive in highly interdependent, collaborative, and complex environments. What You Bring: A high-energy, high-integrity approach, capable of driving change while fostering a team-oriented culture. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize objectives. Comfort with ambiguity and a strategic mindset to develop frameworks for continuous improvement. Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and familiarity with SFDC, Alteryx, Tableau, or Looker. Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on factors such as work location, qualifications, and company budget. Additional compensation may include bonuses and long-term incentives.
