Responsibilities The Supervisor of Plant Operations and Maintenance is responsible for the continuous operation and maintenance of the power generating plant, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and general building and ground maintenance at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC). Supervises assigned staff, overseeing scheduling and assignments, and ensuring all routine and preventative maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner. The Supervisor must be proactive in identifying and recommending new approaches to improve quality and cost in support of CMC's plant operational goals.Qualifications Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS-approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Experience• 5 years of Maintenance/Engineering experience required• 3 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required Licenses and Certifications• HVAC - Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning certification from one or more vendor (i.e. Niagara AX, Honeywell Spyder BACnet, Johnson Control, Allen Bradley VFD Startup) and EPA Universal Refrigerant required• Water Treatment certification preferredDisclaimers• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
