Join our dynamic team as a Fraud Investigation Supervisor, where you will play a critical role in leading our dedicated Fraud Specialists Team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee comprehensive investigations, ensuring they are conducted with efficiency and precision, while effectively managing both straightforward and intricate cases of suspected fraud. With a keen detail-oriented approach, you will guide your team in the meticulous collection and evaluation of evidence, all while collaborating closely with Program Leadership to enhance our fraud prevention strategies. Lead daily operations of the Fraud Specialists, ensuring investigations are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with documentation processes and apply judicious decision-making during audits and investigations of suspected fraudulent activities. Utilize automated platforms alongside diverse reporting mechanisms to track accounts and transactions for potential signs of fraud through anomaly detection and pattern recognition. Act as the primary escalation contact for complex fraud investigations, providing essential guidance and support to your team members. Drive analytical initiatives within specific business areas, concentrating on enhancing fraud detection practices. Review outcomes of investigations and the resolutions proposed by Fraud Specialists to ensure quality and compliance. Stay abreast of current fraud trends and tools to continually improve investigation methodologies. Identify and analyze emerging fraud patterns, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to implement effective preventive measures. Examine various reports and customer data to thwart potential fraudulent actions on accounts. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. 4-6 years of experience in Customer Service or Public Relations, with a preference for backgrounds in Financial Analysis, Risk Compliance, or Fraud. 0-2 years of management experience is preferred. Knowledgeable in banking regulations, retirement funds, loans, and account movements. Experience with analytical and statistical tools. Skilled at building strong relationships with customers and team members. Adaptable to new processes and procedures. Capable of managing responsibilities calmly under strict deadlines and high-pressure situations. Exhibits discretion with confidential matters both internally and externally. Possesses a high level of trust, credibility, and diplomacy.
