Role Overview As the Director of Turbine Operations, you will lead turbine generation operations in alignment with OCI's energy resilience strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the performance, compliance, and lifecycle optimization of turbine assets across our sites. Key Responsibilities Lead operations, maintenance, and upgrade programs for all turbine facilities. Manage relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), regulators, utilities, and enterprise stakeholders. Develop organization-wide standards for turbine operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Facilitate the deployment of new and emerging energy technologies and generation projects. Monitor performance, availability, and safety KPIs; promote a culture of continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile Extensive senior leadership experience in power generation, turbine operations, or plant engineering. Strong technical expertise in controls, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), regulatory compliance, and asset optimization. Skills and Competencies Strategic leadership with a strong reputation among regulators and technical teams. Adept at balancing reliability, cost, and sustainability objectives. The salary range for this role is between $139,400 and $291,800 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
