Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred. Licensure: Current State License in applicable Field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in hospice care. Educational experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with decision-making capability and proficiency with computers. Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and exhibit understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace. Outstanding customer service skills are required.
