You will assess the learning needs of team members and collaborate with supervisors to develop tailored educational programs. Your responsibilities will include mentoring new employees, delivering training on regulatory updates, and assessing competency through continuous evaluation. Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred. Licensure: Current State License in applicable Field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in hospice care. Educational experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with decision-making capability and proficiency with computers. Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and exhibit understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace. Outstanding customer service skills are required.
