Job Description Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their support systems on therapeutic practices to ensure progress continues outside of treatment sessions. Track and Record Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, keeping patient outcomes in focus.
