Job Details: $0.40-$0.46 per mile Detention pay: $20 per hour - starts 90 min after live load arrival and 60 min after drop-and-hook arrival Drop and hook pay: $37 per stop Live load/unload pay: $50 per stop Hazmat pay: $25 per load Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour Rail delays pay: $20 per hour Truck order not used: $20 Waiting on truck pay: $20 per hour Tractor repositioning work: $25 per hour Yard checks: $20 per hour New hire training pay: $20 per hour per day Holiday pay: $200 per day Drivers in this role over the last six to twelve months have averaged annual earnings of $77,000.
