Job DescriptionPersonal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management of middle-market personal lines accounts, providing exceptional service to the clients, and supporting the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and personal lines, with a proven ability to manage accounts from start to finish. Compensation Package Salary: $85,000+ (depending on experience) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing middle-market personal lines accounts, including excess markets and higher-level accounts. Providing end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Utilizing AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and personal lines. Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses and designations are required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates. Work Ethic: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and supporting team operations. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
