Your Opportunity Job Summary We are on the lookout for a motivated IAM Intern to join our Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a secure environment by assisting with the management of user lifecycles, enforcing security policies, and investigating access issues. Your Team: You will be joining a collaborative Identity and Access Management team, working closely with IT, Network, Engineering, Security Architecture, and various cybersecurity professionals. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: - Privileged Access Management (PAM): Help in onboarding and maintaining privileged accounts in CyberArk, managing password vaulting, and monitoring session management. - Identity & Access Management: Assist with user lifecycle tasks (onboarding/offboarding) and access requests using Okta and Microsoft Active Directory. - Authentication Security: Support the configuration and maintenance of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with Okta. - Threat Detection & Compliance: Utilize Silverfort to monitor for anomalous authentication behavior and assist in enforcing adaptive authentication policies. - Documentation & Reporting: Conduct routine access audits, troubleshoot access issues, and document IAM processes. About You Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Fundamental knowledge of Active Directory, networking concepts, and IAM security principles. A strong interest in Cybersecurity, especially in Identity & Access Management (PAM/IAM). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Preferred Skills (Tools & Platforms) Hands-on experience or academic familiarity with CyberArk (Vault, PAM). Familiarity with Okta (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management). Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and group policies. Understanding of Silverfort (Identity Protection, Adaptive MFA). Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) are a plus. What Sets You Apart: Strong communication and documentation abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills combined with attention to detail. Effective time management skills with a history of meeting deadlines. Proven problem-solving capabilities. Understanding of identity and access management concepts, including account lifecycle management and privileged access management. Experience in script development (a nice to have). Experience in a team environment as well as being a proactive self-starter. Pay Range USD $20.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr. The actual salary offer will consider various factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the work location.
