Job Description: Join us as a Regional Van Truckload truck driver, enjoying the benefit of being home weekly! Average pay: $915-$1,120 weekly Home time: Weekly Experience: All CDL holders are welcome to apply! Overview Enjoy predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight, ensuring consistent work. Benefit from consistent freight that allows for maximum drive time and minimal downtime. Get dispatched in advance for better planning and organization. Drive with 95% no-touch freight, primarily drop-and-hook. Operate within the Eastern 37 states. Pay and Bonus Potential Mileage pay along with hourly pay while on duty but not driving. Weekly performance pay to reward your hard work. $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid out over 12 months in your first year. $2,500 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, also paid over 12 months. Potential mileage incentive: Earn a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles driven and goals met. Paid orientation to get you started on the right foot. Paid time off after 6 months plus 6 days of holiday pay each year. Annual bonus: You can earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.
