Take the next step in your career with the DCED! DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Human Resource Manager 1, you will be leading and overseeing a team that delivers vital HR services to the DCED. You will have the opportunity to partner with executive leadership and consolidated HR teams to navigate complex workforce challenges, shape strategic priorities, and develop effective, forward-thinking solutions in collaboration with agency managers and specialized HR partners. As a key leader, you will drive clear, consistent communication on critical agency and program matters, ensuring alignment and collaboration across stakeholders, including leadership, HR service teams, policy and strategy groups, and a variety of business partners. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report in-office 3 days per week and as needed based on operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Human Resource Analyst 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) program; or Five years of analytical experience that includes four years of professional human resource experience and one year of supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of supervisory experience.
