Position Overview We are on the lookout for passionate graduates with over 3 years of relevant experience to join our consulting team. You will collaborate with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to deliver tailored business solutions using Oracle applications, tools, and technology. Your journey will begin by engaging in specific project tasks that contribute to successful outcomes, ultimately leading you to opportunities for growth as a team lead, project manager, or Subject Matter Expert. Key Responsibilities Enhance your expertise in our products regarding functionality, design, and architecture. Create custom extensions based on client needs, focusing on UI/UX, business functionality, integrations, and reporting. Support the testing and deployment of products alongside custom developments. Document critical project information, including specifications, test plans, and release notes. Your Skills & Experience We seek individuals who: Hold a degree in a relevant field. Have a solid understanding of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP, and REST web services. Possess familiarity with containerization, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Are knowledgeable in JavaScript, HTML, Angular, and React. Have experience with design and code reviews, as well as product implementation and support. Can navigate middleware concepts and application servers. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Have mandatory experience with FLEXCUBE in a Banking context. Exhibit a keen interest in new IT trends, including AI/ML/NLP/RPA. Can work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
