Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rehab & Inpatient Med/Surg Location: Syracuse, NY 13210 Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (1 day per week) Pay Rate: $36 per hour Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care environment supporting Rehabilitation and Inpatient Medical-Surgical units. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and assist in maintaining efficient daily clinical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who thrives in a fast-paced inpatient setting and is comfortable working with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing care plans Monitor, obtain, and accurately document vital signs and patient conditions Assist physicians and registered nurses during examinations and procedures Administer medications and injections safely and in compliance with protocols Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and treatment areas Observe, document, and report patient responses to treatment Coordinate referrals and assist with insurance authorizations as needed Schedule appointments and maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure timely and accurate updates in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Support overall unit workflow and daily nursing operations Qualifications Active New York State LPN License (Required) Current CPR Certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required Prior inpatient or acute care experience preferred EMR proficiency strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills For more details contact at hdavda@ or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
