Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in our Odoo-based ERP system, collaborating closely with the lead developer. Customize modules using Python, HTML, JavaScript, and XML templating (QWeb preferred). Handle system integrations, bug fixes, performance optimizations, and testing for logistics and waste management processes. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and idea-sharing to scale the system efficiently. Provide occasional after-hours support for critical issues, embodying our 24/7 responsive culture. Contribute to tech-driven improvements, like AI routing integrations, to support nationwide operations. Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in software development, ideally with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or equivalents). Proficiency in Python, web technologies (HTML, JavaScript), and XML templating. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
