About the Role: As a Senior Manager within our Life Sciences Transformation practice, you will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor. Your expertise will be crucial in steering clients through large-scale laboratory and quality transformations in research and development, manufacturing, and commercial operations. By leading multi-workstream engagements and influencing executive stakeholders, you will adeptly navigate complex regulatory and technology-driven changes. Your key role will involve balancing laboratory transformation with regulatory compliance, ensuring our clients can innovate without compromising on safety and regulatory standards. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-scale laboratory transformation initiatives, including digital lab modernization and LIMS implementations across R&D, quality control, and manufacturing. Act as a senior advisor to clients in the Life Sciences sector, shaping strategy and guiding complex, technology-enhanced changes within regulated environments. Provide executive oversight for laboratory, quality, and compliance programs, ensuring excellence in delivery and building regulatory confidence. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals within Life Sciences Transformation. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. Contribute to EY's market presence by developing thought leadership and promoting best practices related to laboratory and quality transformation. Skills and Attributes for Success: Proven ability to lead significant transformation initiatives within regulated Life Sciences environments. Deep understanding of laboratory operations, digital lab technologies, and quality/regulatory frameworks. Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing financial performance and ensuring delivery quality across multiple client engagements. Ability to integrate innovation with compliance in complex regulatory settings. Passion for talent development and building high-performance teams. Keen interest in industry trends surrounding Life Sciences, laboratory innovations, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant experience in Life Sciences, with substantial involvement in laboratory operations and regulatory compliance. 5+ years leading complex client engagements or programs in consulting or industry. Extensive experience with laboratory systems such as LIMS and quality/regulatory platforms. Solid background in computer systems validation and regulatory compliance. Ideally, You'll Also Have: Experience working with global Life Sciences organizations in R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain environments. Previous responsibilities for sales, account growth, or development of new offerings. Experience mentoring and cultivating future leaders. Willingness to travel up to 40% based on client needs.
