Maintenance Technician- $20/hr This is a Direct Hire position Integrity Trade Services is seeking Facilities Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing client in Tupelo MS. Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance on sewing machines, cutting machines pressing equipment, conveyors, boilers, compressors, and other production machinery. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and complete timely repairs. Responding quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize production interruptions. inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical panels. Familiarity with sewing machine repair (Juki, Brother, Singer, ETC.) Location: Tupelo, MS Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday 7am to 4:00pm. Qualifications 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Must have high school diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and equipment diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem- solving skills Experience in garment manufacturing or textile production Able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders and access equipment in elevated spaces.
