If you have shipping and receiving supervisory experience in a food production facility with strong inventory control and thrive in a regulated, temperature-controlled operation, this is the opportunity for you!Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Stable operation with long-term growth opportunity Requirements & Responsibilities:Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations and staff Plan labor utilization, scheduling, and task assignments Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory Ensure FIFO compliance across all inventory locations Verify receipt documentation, COAs, and temperature compliance Coordinate raw material needs with procurement Oversee off-site inventory accuracy and rotation Ensure shipments are complete, accurate, and damage-free Maintain scanner and inventory tracking systems Enforce safety standards and lead safety training initiatives Required Qualifications:AA/AS degree or 5+ years of shipping & receiving leadership experience Food production or food safety experience (HACCP exposure preferred) Experience with inventory systems (SAP, MRP, or similar) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment Physical & Work Environment Requirements:Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and traverse production areas Comfortable working in hot, cold, noisy, and odorous environments Don't hesitate!Submit your resume and change your future today!
