Title- Frontend Developer-React Location- Redmond,WA Subcon --68$ per hr Responsibilities Develop and maintain front-end features using React , TypeScript , JavaScript , HTML , and CSS . Build reusable UI components leveraging Fluent UI and modern web design standards. Implement scalable state-management solutions using Redux or similar patterns. Ensure compliance with accessibility (A11y) standards and deliver fully responsive interfaces. Improve performance using techniques like lazy loading , code splitting , memoization , and pagination . Integrate UI components with backend services and REST APIs . Implement privacy , cookie , and user-consent -based compliance controls. Collaborate closely with UX designers , product managers , and engineering teams . Follow established DevOps , version control , and code review best practices. Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment. Required Skills Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with React , TypeScript , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 . Experience using Fluent UI , Material UI, or similar UI component libraries. Proven track record in building accessible and responsive web interfaces. Solid understanding of Redux , context-based state management, or other structured patterns. Familiarity with Azure DevOps , Git , and CI/CD pipelines . Understanding of Agile methodologies and team-based software development practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
