GENERAL DESCRIPTION Human resources managers plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with the Leadership Team on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees. EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification in Human Resources preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience in a leadership role preferred, or minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience required Experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Must have effective communication and experience in managing conflict resolutions. Ability to lead change and influence at all levels of the organization.
