Payroll Associate About the Company & Opportunity Established construction organization with a strong reputation and long employee tenure; stability matters here with a close-knit payroll team of four Recently moved into a new corporate office Supportive, collaborative culture with leadership that values doing things the right way Overview of the Role This position supports a weekly payroll for 1,200+ employees across multiple labor unions. The payroll is complex and detail-driven, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, structure, and accuracy. You'll work closely with an experienced Payroll Manager and team in a well-established process. Key Responsibilities Process weekly payroll for 1,200+ employees across 60+ unions Handle job costing and job allocation, ensuring employee pay is accurately split by job and rate Maintain payroll data within Viewpoint Vista and ADP Review payroll details for accuracy, compliance, and proper union treatment Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations as needed Collaborate with the payroll team to troubleshoot issues and meet tight weekly deadlines What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience Ability to stay organized and calm while managing a complex, high-volume payroll Strong attention to detail and comfort working with multiple pay rates and allocations Union payroll experience is a big plus, but not required Construction industry payroll experience is a plus, not required Professional, team-oriented personality with solid communication skills $60,000 - $70,000 Please email your resume for immediate consideration.
