SAP Transactional Data Coordinator

Pay: $64-$67 Hourly Duration: 6-month contract role Shift: 7:15AM - 3:15PM We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Transactional Data Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Ensure the physical material flow through the manufacturing facility from warehouse receiving, storage locations, through Production floors, waste points, and to receiving of finished goods is accurately reflected in the system (SAP) in a timely manner. Monitor and resolve SAP transaction errors (receiving raw/pack/finished goods, consumptions, staging, etc.). Daily data entry validation: Capturing material consumption/usage in Mixing; Clean B&R, meal, and scrap produced in various waste points, overpack and machine hours, etc. Track material losses - Direct losses from spillage, expired, and contaminated materials are accounted for accurately/timely in SAP (i.e., placed on QA Hold, isolate in proper locations, write-off, etc.) Manage weekly process orders (PO's): Reread the Bill of Materials (BOM's), release the PO's, close out PO's weekly and on month-end after all transaction errors resolved. Own the physical inventory work process: Schedule, coordinate and conduct weekly/monthly cycle count of raw, packaging, meal, Clean B&R materials. 2+ years' experience working in logistics, materials management and warehousing. Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.
