What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our service team, you will: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems with confidence and precision Deliver top-tier customer experiences with clear communication and honest recommendations Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance Educate homeowners on system options, upgrades, and energy-saving solutions Mentor and support junior technicians when needed Follow safety standards and local code requirements Represent MTB Mechanical with professionalism, integrity, and pride You're not just fixing equipment - you're building trust.
