Job Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects up to $10M. Support project managers in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely delivery. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts and reports. Assist in resolving project-related issues and challenges as they arise. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: A background in construction or a related field within the business services industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
