Required Skills: Valid Furnishing License with Schedules II for Nurse Practitioners.CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate for Physician Assistants.Active DEA license prior to start date.Proven experience treating behavioral health issues, including anxiety, in pediatric patients.Experience with Pediatric Chronic Care Management.Ability to document work experience with specified work dates, including gaps.Comfort with managing a patient schedule of at least 18 patients per day (Monday-Friday, 8-5).Strong charting skills, including timely closure of chronic pain management charts within 72 hours.Familiarity with FQHC operational procedures and documentation standards.Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Pediatric Chronic Pain Management.Background in mental health treatment within pediatric populations.Bilingual abilities.Additional certifications in pediatric or behavioral health.Preferred Education and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar pediatric healthcare setting.Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California.Experience in outpatient clinic or FQHC environments preferred.Other Requirements: Recent immunizations including current flu shot, TB test/X-Ray within 90 days, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, Tdap.Ability to complete credentialing within 30-60 days.Willingness to provide services Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.Commitment to a 30-day notice period for assignment termination.Reliable access to transportation and ability to meet all certification and licensure requirements.Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
