The unit consists of 40 beds with a patient ratio of 5-6:1 during the day and 6:1 during the night. Staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, and 4 Patient Care Technicians during the day, and 1 charge nurse, 7 RNs, and 4 Patient Care Technicians at night. Candidates must possess essential skills in MedSurg assessments and pharmacology. Ideal candidates should be positive team players and adaptable to a collaborative environment.
