Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Cath Lab Job Details: • Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (5x8 day shifts) • 40 guaranteed hours per week with 1:1 patient ratios • Must stay until procedures are complete each day • No after hours call or weekend call requirements • May float to inpatient units for tasks when cath lab volumes are low • 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted with cath lab experience • Community hospital experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH • Skills required include circulating, conscious sedation, telemetry, and previous cath lab experience • Navy scrubs provided by facility • Charting system: Meditech • Free parking available • 16 hours of orientation required • Daily census of 3-5 patients with approximately 5 visits per day • Work with adult and geriatric patients • Handle diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations, lower extremity procedures, and pacemaker/defibrillator implants • Up to 8 hours of modules must be completed within 1 week of signing Facility: This community hospital features a modern cardiac catheterization lab equipped with advanced Toshiba/Canon technology and Philips documentation systems. The facility operates a 104-bed hospital providing comprehensive cardiovascular services including diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
