Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Lincolnshire, IL Industry: Manufacturing Pay: $24–27/hr Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Job Description This position is ideal for someone with early to mid-level administrative experience who is eager to grow, comfortable working in a professional executive setting, and able to manage shifting priorities. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, and confident communicating with leadership while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities Support calendar management by scheduling meetings, interviews, and coordinating availability. Send meeting invitations and assist with internal and external meeting logistics. Assist with travel coordination and report processing. Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and sales representatives. Manage new hire check-ins and notify hiring managers upon arrival. Provide light phone and front desk support. Assist with temporary desk coverage and general office coordination tasks. Help with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications 1–3 years of administrative experience required. Experience supporting managers or senior leaders preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional communication skills and comfort interacting with leadership.
