Registered Nurse (RN) | Orthopedics Location: Charleston, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,581 per week Shift Information: 4 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/2/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Ortho-Telemetry RN – West Virginia Start Date: April 2, 2026 Location: Charleston, West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3x12 or 4x12 schedule options (36 or 48 hours per week), every other weekend required, floating within scope as needed Highlights: 39-bed Ortho-Telemetry unit caring for cardiac, CVA, and surgical patients with both inpatient and observation populations Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital with 838 staffed beds Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1, managing adult and geriatric patient populations Experience with post-cardiac cath, post-angiogram, and PTCA patients required; proficiency with cardiac drips including heparin, cardizem, amiodarone, dobutamine, dopamine, and nitro 36 hours guaranteed per week with contract options for 36 or 48 hours Free parking for travelers and orientation held every other week on Thursdays Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable at time of submission) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Telemetry experience with proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias IV start skills and experience with cardiac drips required Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (75-99 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis) Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse references within the past 2 years Annual flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a respected teaching hospital where you'll expand your clinical expertise caring for a diverse cardiac and surgical patient population.
