Current revenue: ~$6MTeam size: 15-20 employeesGrowth stage: refining core operations while launching and scaling new entities The Founder and CEO is high-capacity, visionary, and growth-driven.We are seeking a disciplined execution partner to install structure, enforce priorities, and convert velocity into sustained results.This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.This is a strategic execution seat with administrative excellence. Your MandateYour job is to reduce founder cognitive load and increase enterprise output.You will work directly with the Founder to:Translate vision into structured quarterly prioritiesInstall execution cadence across companiesEnforce sequencing and completionProtect focus and eliminate distractionMonitor KPIs and maintain execution dashboardsBuild systems that allow teams to operate independently At any moment, you should be able to answer:"What are the top three priorities across the ecosystem right now?" Core Responsibilities1️⃣ Execution & Priority ManagementCapture founder brain-dumps and convert them into structured action plansMaintain 30/60/90-day visibility across initiativesRun weekly executive clarity meetingsTrack execution against KPIs (production, sales, service, growth metrics)Identify bottlenecks early and enforce resolutionReduce reactive task creation 2️⃣ Operational InfrastructureBuild and maintain execution dashboards (Asana, CRM, project tools)Document systems as they are createdImprove internal communication clarityInstall repeatable SOPsSupport delegation and team-building initiatives 3️⃣ Executive Support & Focus ProtectionDesign and protect calendar architecturePreserve deep work blocksManage strategic travel logisticsCapture meeting notes and enforce follow-throughMaintain tight action-tracking loops This role monitors KPIs and enterprise visibility but does not handle AR/AP, bookkeeping, or vendor payments. First 90 DaysConduct a full initiative audit across entitiesEliminate or sequence non-essential projectsInstall weekly executive review cadenceReduce founder reactive time by at least 30%Implement unified execution dashboardEstablish quarterly priority framework AuthorityThis role reports directly to the Founder and has authority to:Challenge priorities respectfullyEnforce sequencing before expansionPause or re-order initiatives when necessaryProtect focus without hesitation You will not run financial operations.You will enforce execution discipline.
