Schedule 3x12-hour shifts, Night (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN to join our team on the night shift. This position requires strong medical-surgical and telemetry experience, with a focus on adult and geriatric patient populations. The RN will be responsible for managing a ratio of 1:5 patients and be involved in caring for those with various diagnoses including Sepsis, UTI, AKI, Pneumonia, Cholecystitis, and CHF. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing interventions as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies and lines. Perform patient education and discharge planning. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN licensure in Maryland or compact state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience required. Strong telemetry experience and skills preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
