We have a Manager position available. Flexible availability Monday through Saturday from 11AM to 11PM. 40 to 45 hours per week with one day off. Would need to be available to 11PM at least 3 nights per week. Please only apply if you are available to work these hours. Requirements The most important quality is that you enjoy mentoring and developing others Enthusiasm for growing and improving the business Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent with related experience 2 or 4 year Degree Preferred Be available to work the hours listed above including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests At least one-year previous higher level leadership experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills We value your personal skills with guests and team members more than operational skills There is ample training to learn Chick-fil-A procedures and requirements. Help us continue to grow sales at breakfast and lunch Lead the morning team through breakfast and proactively prepare for the lunch rush Ability to lead a team of up to 20 people at an efficient pace Responsibilities:Developing the team and future leaders Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, parking lot, restrooms and play ground.. Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience. Working with the kitchen to coordinate catering and catering deliveries Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Collaborate and communicate with the kitchen manager for efficiency Maintain adequate stocking of products Promote efficiency with the team Help maintain all equipment in clean and proper working order. Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
