A contract position is available for a Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials to provide essential support for K-12 students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This part-time role focuses on serving multiple school districts in Bucks County, PA, with a flexible itinerant schedule designed to meet student needs. Position Details: Contract duration: June 25, 2026 - July 31, 2026 Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Thursday, 8:45 AM - 2:45 PM (24 hours per week) Location: Itinerant service across Bucks County school districts with a main office based in Levittown, PA Assigned schools may include approved locations such as Cecelia Snyder Middle School, Strayer Middle School, Everitt School, Pearl Buck Elementary School, Fallsington Elementary School (pending approval), and other district schools based on need and proximity Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven strategies Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student behavior and academic success Provide training and guidance to staff on behavioral techniques and best practices Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary to maximize effectiveness Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience in K-12 educational settings supporting students with behavioral challenges Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse school teams Valid eligibility to work in the specified Pennsylvania districts This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through specialized behavioral support during the critical ESY period.
