1SLBJP00002924 CAM Engineering Technologist - ETO pay rate: $25/hr Entry level shop employee Basic assembly experience; basic blueprint reading; team player "Responsibilities: • Setup new production work areas, including layouts, tooling and equipment setup, etc. • Assist with transition from production to packing • Manufacture, assemble, and test mechanical, of product according to written procedures and engineering models, drawings, specifications and written procedures • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for area safety • Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas • Other duties as assigned or otherwise beneficial to achieving organizational success Qualifications: • High School diploma or GED • Ability to work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities • Ability to interpret specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures • Basic mathematics skills • Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to climb ladders/stairs and work in small restricted areas • Perform repetitive work including lifting of heavy items up to 44 lbs. • Work off-shift, extended hours overtime, and weekends if/when necessary • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
